Order Processing Time

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days of receipt. A physical address is required. Back-ordered items will be shipped when available at no additional shipping charge.  You can also specify what carriers are used and the time options (overnight, 2 day, ground, etc).

Return Policy

Individual single cards or groups of cards:

Due to the volatile nature of the Magic the Gathering Card market, we do not accept returns on Magic single cards except for the two exceptions below: 

1) If you are not satisfied with the condition of any ungraded single cards (not graded by Beckett or PSA) or graded cards you have received, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the cards to request a return at manager@gradedpower.com.  Once you are given approval for the return, send the merchandise in the same condition we sent it to you.  Cards graded by BGS or PSA are sent in a sealed case and cannot be returned if they have been removed from the case or if the case has been tampered with.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase and return it to us you will be responsible for the shipping fees transporting the item(s) back to GradedPower.com along with a 10% restocking fee.

2) If you have received an incorrect item or an item that you did not order, simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request a return. Once you are given approval return the merchandise in the same condition as it was sent and we will exchange the item for the correct one or, issue the original customer a full refund for the purchase price of the items.  Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that was used for the original order, no exceptions., e.g. if payment was received by credit card then a refund will be send to that same credit card.   If the return is being made due to a mistake on our end, we will also refund all shipping charges associated with the transaction.

Sealed Products

If you would like to return any 
factory-sealed merchandise that we have sent you, for any reason, simply contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, simply return the merchandise in the same condition it was sent in, and we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping charges. If the return is being made due to a mistake on our end, we will also refund all shipping charges associated with the transaction. However, if a factory-sealed item was sent to you (for example, a sealed starter deck, booster pack, booster box ,Fat pack etc.  ) and you open or damage the item, that item cannot be returned.  This includes receiving a shrink wrapped booster or starter box and removing the shrink wrap from the box even if no boosters or starters are opened.  These items are being sold as collectibles and will lose value if any portion is opened.  There are no exceptions to this policy

Refunds

Refunds are made after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper if shipping to us from anywhere in the USA, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  International refunds may take longer due to shipping time and will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the products.
